Why doesn't Poker Copilot tracks pokerstars stg's satellites such as SCOOP and the nightly and sunday tourneys. It doesn't assume when i place 1st or 2nd that i won an entry worth xx$, it assumes i lost. sucks a little bit. i know i can change it mannualy but what if i play 200+ stgs/day?
Poker Copilot tries to track all types of PokerStars tournaments, but they keep releasing new types.
Can you please send me some tournament summaries from these tournaments which Poker Copilot is not handling correctly? These will help me fix the problem.
You'll find these as follows:
1) Open Poker Copilot's Preferences 2) In the General panel, locate the list of hand history folders 3) In the list find one that reads something like: /Users/[you]/Library/Application Support/PokerStars/TournSummary 4) Right-click (or ctrl-click) on it and select "Show in Finder" 5) Once Finder opens the folder, you'll need to navigate in the folder until you find the necessary tournament summaries. They'll start with "TS" plus the date you played the tournament, formatted back to front). That is, year, then month, then date.
Once you find the right files, please send them to me at steve@pokercopilot.com, with a short note explaining why you are sending them.
